Rebecca joins the lab

We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca to the Laviv Lab! She graduated with honors from UCLA with a B.Sc. in Neuroscience before making Aliyah and joining our team. Rebecca contributes to a variety of projects in the lab and is leading a collaborative study utilizing our biosensors to quantify autophagy in deeper brain regions.

Beyond her passion for neuroscience, Rebecca enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, practicing jiu-jitsu, swimming, running, weightlifting, and traveling. We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see her contributions to our research!
